Here's the reply I got from RE (46 views) 
Message: "I am not familiar with what the Bilsteins come with, or what they require (washers or spacers). Our RSM should be complete, ready to bolt on to any rear shock."

So I guess for the rear I should be good with the 2 spring pads and the protection cap.
Do rear Bilstein come with the protection tube?
