| Message: | I'm sure you were aware of most of them... About the camshaft sensor, is nothing really to worry about: mine is faulty now but the car still run fine aside a little rougher idle and some hesitation here and there, but really nothing major or very noticeable. I'm planning to replace mine after the meet in Riverside since I also want to change the vacuum lines (they are starting to get old and crack), send out the injectors to get cleaned (if they are dirty, we'll see): i figured since I'm going to remove the intake I might as well replace everything under there so I'm good for the next 150K miles. About the radio, if the unit you get to replace the stock has the speed adjusting function, then it still might not work: but again that's just a wire that goes from the instrument cluster to the radio, literally a 15 minutes job. --------------------------------- ZetaTre (formerly LPCapital) 1998 Z3 1.9 (my baby) 2003 Z4 2.5i (my babe's baby) | ||||
