Just replaced mine as well. I found a nice leather one for sale on ebay for $25.The guy I bought mine from has another for sale on eBay right now for $19 (item 370225496321).
I bought nylon panel removal tools for $3 at Harbor Freight. These allow you to pop the panel clips very easily without damaging the door paint (I should have bought these years ago ... they make it so easy).
I used the "how-to" from Ron Styger posted at: www.[Oops!].com/forums/showpost.php?p=3845005&postcount=58
Door panel removal is easy. Pop the clips identified in the 'how-to" pics. Work the panel off by lifting up on the front first. Remember, your speaker wires are connected to speakers mounted in the panel. You have a little extra wire there - enough to lift the panel up off the door an inch or two - then you can disconnect the plug-in connections and free the door panel completely from the door. The handle mounts from behind the panel with a couple of screws. Getting the panel back on is a little tricky. Work it back in place by getting the front top edge of the panel in place first (the same way you take it off), then work it into place. Connect the mirror control switch into its plug and then snap the control into the handle from inside the car.
