Scheduled service in Bay Area? (archive)

I'm about to have the first scheduled service. I'm thinking about two BMW dealerships: Allison Bavarian in Mountain View or Peter Pan Motors in San Mateo.

Does anyone have experiences with them, good or bad? Also, can anyone tell me what I should expect besides the oil change? Thanks!
