Can you describe the graphic to us? Is it a circle with rectangular blocks on outside at 8,9 and 10 O'clock as well as 2,3 and 4 o'clock?

What does the dash light above the fuel gauge indicate? Electrical something, right? I get consistent flickering in all conditions. Had car 6 months fixing little problems as they appear. Thanks
