I have purchased a new radio for the 86 535I. The power is on the antenna works but I can not find the speaker wires under the dash. There appears to be only 2 speaker wires for all 4 speakers. Any help would be appreciated.

As info - I tested the radio by hard wiring the front two speakers through the seat compartment and they do work. I just can't find the wires under the dash in the old radio compartment

Try this link for a good description of all the wiring for your system. I think this is the info I used. It's a hell of lot better than my manual was.
