Who makes the best springs? I don't exactly believe that spending more means getting more.

Dinan's set with the shocks and struts are about 1000 bucks, eibach's are cheaper, alpina's cost 2 grand.

I was not really aware the Dinan still offered much in the performace arena for the E12 any longer.....

Alpina items are very good, and you pay the price for them. Are they really 2-3 times as good though? Dunno that's a personal choice. But in my mind if you don't have a factory alpina spending the $$ to make it one will not be cost effective..... it will be cheaper and easier to buy the real thing.

For the $$ the eibach,suspension technique sway bars and bilstein HD shocks are a very good upgrade. Cost retail will be around $900 total.....
