You can probably use an early ('78-'81) 528i manifold. The "e" motor was a completely different engine from the 530i "big six" and no parts will interchange. The 528 "i" motor is basically the same as your 530 motor. The 533, 535, 630, 633, 635, 733, and 735 are also the same engine "family" as the 530i. Manifolds from any of them might fit, but I think the 630 had the same thermal reactor manifold as the 530. The other cars mentioned used catalytic convertors instead of the crappy thermal reactor.
