I got one through local independent BMW repair shop. I've heard Carl Nelson at LaJolla Independent also has some. He's in the Roundel as a tech advisor.

Since I have swapped a 3.5 into the car, I also reinforced the diff mount by running bolts up through the trunk floor, so the floor itself supports the diff, not just hanging off the bottom.
