We JUST ran a compression check on all cylinders.

Not very good! We are not happy at all! I know that there is alot of work ahead of us..
ANy suggestions or words of wisdom, we need to get some enthusiasm back...

You're about half the standard compression for a E12 M535i (180-190psi).

Sounds like you might need a complete head job and maybe new rings....
