There is a difference of nearly 50 Horsepower. I believe the euro 3,5's were rated at 218 HP. They use a different bore and stroke, higher compression, a different cam and exhaust. I think the head and valves are the same. If you put it in a federalized car I'm sure you would loose a little but I doubt very much.
