528i,1979: Brakes - the hydraulic system (archive)

Hi,
I've got problems with the brakes.The big drum right at the beginning of the motorspace (near the cooling tank), pushes air out as I push the brake pedal. The motors rpm also go down by diong this. By driving the car i recognized only little respond of the brakes (like there are no pads) but the pads are ok. The thing occured suddenly.
