I'm guessing you have no idea why we like our cars. I like that. These BMW's aren't status symbols, and for that they say something totally different about the people who drive them. They are not maintenance free, so owners are forced to problem solve and use ingenuity. I like that.

Basically, for me, consumerism sucks. Thinking that an E46 or an A4 will make me more happy or appear more together is a joke. Owning a car made in 1980 may be below you. For me it is a statement, I am happy with it, I love the engineering simplicity, I love the look, I love that you don't understand it. Could you be more snubby?
