BMW engraved nameplate (archive)

Does anyone here know where I can get an engraved nameplate with the BMW logo on it. A friend had one some time ago that said "Especially Made for..." and had his name on it w/ the BMW logo. It's only about an inch by 3 inches and had a sticky backing to allow it to be attached to his dash board.

Any leads are appreciated.
