Anyone know Tom from Alpine Auto in L.A.? (archive)

He was located in Lincoln Heights, hes no longer the owner, but was wondering if anyone knew him. He used to have some nice BMWs in his junkyard. A few euro 635s, M535i(e12), and 745i engined 320i., among other things. I would see 2002 320 racers and a big panel truck with Alpine Auto graphics. Last heard he lived in Santa Barbara. Anyone?
