I had both the 2500 and 2800, back when they were the same as the euro,( 69-71) 9:1 compression and they both had the grand piano tops so I mistakenly thought they all did, since additionally my US 528i had a mini grand piano crown, I have also seen later b35 3.5 engines with the same mini crown. Still learning I guess.
