Mark;

Just got a digital camera Merry xmas to me. Now I gotta learn how to use it. As to how it attaches: Since this was a thermal reactor car, there never was any cat. So I have a 2 in 2 out center Ansa exhaust and I had a muffler shop fabricate the connectors. It was quick, inexpensive, and works great!

I'll work on the picture thing.

Bill

Thanks Bill
Any chance of a picture, sounds like the HPC coatings would be the way to stop rust.What sort of attachment do the down pipes use ?

Mark;

I replaced the thermal reactors earlier this year with a set of Stahl headers. They fit perfectly. There is no more than 1/2 inch clearancea over the idler arm. You must be absolutely sure you get the correct headers for your car or they will not fit. The welds are clean and well done but they are not works of art. Even though they have only been on 6 months, have less than 2,000 miles on them, and the car is garaged, they do have a light coating of rust. The acutally made a noticeable difference between 3,500 and 4,000 rpm.

Korman-Stahl Headers for the M30 motor.
Anybody got pictures of these how good is the quality and do they fit rh drive cars ??
