Yes and no, it will fit in between the frame rails, but it mounts different at the top, it has a couple of ears that screws go thru instead of the loose clamp that the E-12 uses. Also, the hose outlets are different, you would have to use the later hoses and probably the thermostat housing also. And you would have to grind off the bracket that the old radiator fits into at the top on the left. So unless you have a very good reason it's probably not worth it.
