It's not difficult, just take it apart and replace the rubber seals. If I recall correctly you have to detach it from the brake pedal from under the dash. The hardest part may be breaking loose the brake lines or bleeding the brakes. You should be able to find or order a kit at a good import auto parts store, but I wouldn't bother with the chain stores. There are two different kits, and the complete one is just a little bit cheaper than a brand new master cylinder so you want the small or cheap one. One warning however, at this age it wouldn't be surprising if you have rust pitting in the master cylinder bore. If it's not real bad, you can rebuild it and it should hold for a few months at least, but you are realisticly looking at a new master cylinder.
