parting out dead '76 530i (archive)

It's in Salem, OR. Has a smooth shifting auto trans, motor needs a tune-up to get running, cylinder head recently rebuilt, had good power up until a week ago, doesn't leak or smoke. Driveshaft and muffler need to be replaced. It was involved in a rear end accident that crumpled the rear quarter panels, no apparent frame damage.I can part it out, or pick it up for $250. Thanks.
