this is a BMW ALPINA B7S Turbo. This car (only 60) has got an very exclusive color called "Dunkelsaphirblau metallic". In english: darksaphereblue metallic.
There is no place for speculation.
Sorry, that the picture is not really shar for the sticker at the bottom. There you can read the color-name!
