When I got my 1st 2002 someone told me about a guy in Osspee NH with acres and acres of junk 2002's. Once or twice I made the 220 mile trip to go see him but I hadn't been back there in years.
And I never got his number or address the last time I was there.
On a whim I decided to take the new E12 on it's 'maiden road trip' to go to the 'sacred ground' today. As far as the maiden voyage went every mile was a pleasure to drive. The 528i handled and ran wonderfully at a constant 80 MPH for a good 2/3 of the trip.
What I found at the end of the trip was as blissful as the drive there. Acres and acres of 2002's ..but wait! What's that? An E12? Another one? And another one? And yet another one? I lost track at around 6. There were too many cars too see and the snow was deep with a thick layer of ice on top of it. Most car doors weren't going to budge though access thru windows was a happening thing so I got what I needed.
The guy who owns this little bit of heaven gave me the ok to post his name address and phone number in the Shameless Plugs sections on my E12 and 02 sites. So if you wanna take a nice sceninc ride up to NH this spring you'd better bring your toolbox!
