Need Help identifying head and cam (archive)

I just got a head and camshaft from a 78 530i for my rebuild project. However, I have not been able to positively identify cam. Could it be aftermarket?

At the rear of the cam it has BMW stamped into it and the # 1250057. Thank you, Bill
