98 528 wheels (archive)

I have a 98 528i with 15in wheels. I want to upgrade to 17 in wheels but am wondering about tire size. I know the optional size, 235/45/17front and 255/45/17 rear, I have a brand new set of 245/45/17's, will these work? Concerned if they will clear rear.
