is it 45psi?

The fuel pump pressure is controlled by the fuel regulator (normally about 2.5 bar or 36psi). You can swap out the fuel regulators for 3 bar (45psi), 3.5 (52psi) or 4 bar(60psi) fuel pressure. I have run upwards of 60 psi off of the stock fuel pump with no ill effects.
