Korman sells/modifies rear crossmembers to take later rear loader diffs. Don't know how much $$$.

Regarding the differential, Audi 5000TQs have a dashboard push botton activated locker rear that is bullet proof and can be had for $50. You will need to modify the rear crossmember but I think it will be worth the trouble.
