Only Problem is if your E12 is 79 or earlier. If so, you may have quite a bit of work to make the passenger side fit(ask me how I know...). Those earlier model had a "box" type mount on the passengerside and make most later seats sit too high in the cabin. Otherwise, 80-81 should be a direct bolt-in.
