screwdrivers (philips/straight), C or S wrench (17/19mm), sockets (8mm thru 19mm), 3/8 rachet, extension for rachet, pliers, circlip pliers for shifter, hydralic jack to lower trans. 1/4 inch rachet with 10 and 13mm sockets will be handy to get in the small places on top of the trans. One of those angled/knuckle socket extensions that rotate at different angles would be handy. Sorry, don't know the exact name. I think that's all. Take the longest wrenches you have. The top tranny bolts are quite a reach. Good Luck. I just did it myself.
