Obviously, something is wrong, and it could be a ton of different things.

If you choose to start swaping parts, do the inexpensive stuff first, like vacuum lines. Good that you did the rotor, cap and stuff.

Next step is to be smart. Get a manual, look up the symptoms, and start probing. Don't replace any more parts unless you're certain it needs replacement.
