price for 1982 528i? (archive)

The car I am looking at is a 1982 528i, 5 spd., black leather worn but not ripped, rip in one door panel. Owner sais car runs well. Bad paint, which was a bad repaint to begin with, sunroof and one rear window motor are weak, A/C does not work. Some rust, with some rust repair.

What is a good price?
