The panels fit.. but they look a little odd where they match conform to the dash, and they must be re-upholstered in the center section, because you have to reposition the door handle hole and make new holes for the electric window switches. It's not too bad because there is no stitching or pattern on the section that has to be recovered. Still a bit of work. They are the right shape, however, because the doors are interchangable from e28 to e12.
