The 4 wires that you have hanging go to 2 circuit breakers that should be located on the under dash panel. Without them the windows wil not operate.

I need a picture of the relay system located under the stearing wheel. I have 4 wires hanging down that end in female connectors which come from a relay for the windows(possibly). I need a block diagram which shows how the power windows are wired to the sensors and what relays are located there. It's getting old having(and expensive) running the air all the time to stay cool. With summer coming I need help right away!
