Changes to a new 530i at dealership (archive)

I have a new 530i on it's way (3 more weeks) and I know that there are a few things that can be changed at the dealership once it arrives. One, I think, is different audible alerts when arming and disarming the security system and another, I hear, is the control of the central locking system. Does anybody have information on these and can any of them be done yourself? Thanks guys.
