accidentially blowing the tubes off the drain holes and then they will never drain correctly. Conventional wisdom is to use wheed whacker or other stiff yet flexible line to push through and clean out tubes. Then when draining correctly some have poured a weak bleach solution to inhibit further growth in lines.

Thanks for responding; one more question.. the drainage holes in the suunroof, where do these canals lead to, so i can blow both ends out with the air compressor?

Hey guys (and girls);

I had some water damage in myy 87 528e due to the drainage for the sunroof being blocked but anywho, i'm in the process of removing the main floor carpet, ,so i can rid her of any waterdamage... I would like to know if there *any* way to completley remove this carpet w/o removing the heater core?.. Does anyone have any URLs on this with nice detailed steps.. please i need her (my BMW) back..

thank you!
help is greatly appreciated..
