Also consider longer E21 (320i) intake runners for a little more torque at lower RPM's. Those who have done it on 2.8L have been very happy with it. Note you'll need 1 1/2 engine's worth. There's an FAQ on the First Fives Site. I guess you would pay about $60.00US for a set.

I have a 79 528i, and I'm wanting to do some easy, do-it-yourself mods to get a bit more performance out of it. I want to get a K&N air filter, and I have sort of modified for cold air induction (thanks to the First Fives page). I was just curious if there are any other easy, $cheap$ things I can do to bring up the power. Also, does anybody know if anyone makes a good looking rear spoiler for my car? I don't want it to look like a rice rocket. Thanks.

Tyler
