Exhaust system photo /service manual 1979 528i (archive)

I have a friend who purchased a 1979 535i, cherry....
He has complained that the rear exhaust shakes when the car is shut off. None of the books show the rear system so that he can see if there is something missing. Please email if you have a photo that shows the entire rear exhaust hang system or a photo out of a reliable manual
