Euro/US version differences: sorry for the 2x post (archive)

I have a 1980 528i US version. There is a 1980 528i Euro version for sale in my local area. I was wondering what the differnces between these two cars would be, besides the obvious, euro bumpers and german writing on the inside. Any difference between the motor and gearing?
