1) Place your picture onto your internet provider's (or anyone else's that gives you permission) site.
2) Note the site's address and path that stores the picture. It will look something like;
http://yoursiteaddress.com/subdirectory/yourpic.[jpg or htm or whatever else extension used]
3) The easiest way to post the picture onto this board is to use the Optional Image URL: entry field at the bottom of the window below the window for typing in your text , but you can also use a HTML script embedded in your message.
