: : Does anyone knows if 1989 M3 OEM seats fit 1983 320i?

: Not without some modification. The E30 uses a different mounting system than the E21. But modification is always possible, if you want to take the time and trouble.

: : Also, I am looking for a Recaro or Recaro-style seat for my 320i. Does anyone knows where to look?

: Now that's easier - the 320iS Recaros bolt right into a 320, no problem. Been there, done that, and enjoyed them on my way to work this morning. :) Finding them, however, is more difficult, since they're also a common bolt-in upgrade for a 2002. Ask around the boards, the digests, and see if someone is parting out a 320iS. While you're at it, take the limited slip diff, too. ;)
