'81 320i Shop Manual (archive)

Does anyone know where to get a good shop manual for an '81 320i? ...preferably soft copy?

My 320i is showing the classic problems--rough cold idle, hard warm start, surging during warm up, minor vacuum leaks, etc. I'm pulling my hair out, but getting close to fixing everything. Now it's time to get serious... the Hayes manual doesn't cut it anymore.
