How to get 150-200hp in a 320i? (archive)

What options exist for hopping up the engine
on a 320i to get around 150-200hp?

The ones I know about:
1) Buy a 323i
2) Buy a 323i donor car and install the parts into a 320i
3) Other options?

Is it possible to install an M3 E30 4-cylinder engine
into a 320i?

I would really like to buy a 320i (used to have one),
but it's just a little too slow to keep up with the
freeway traffic that I encounter. Thanks.
