Need part # for Factory Repair manual for 323i (archive)

I came across this part number - 01 51 599 271- the factory shop manual, in English. Only problem is the dealer said this part number needs one more digit, ie 11 digits.

Anyone happen to have correct part number? Also, if I did order this through a dealer, is this going to be as readily available ?
