Hello Rodrigo,
I have a tii-distributor (without vacuum hose).
If you want use your stock distributor, you must block the vacuum control unit.
Has the engine acceleration-holes? Or when the car stands and you give full-throttle. Rises the rpm constant?
To check the acceleration pumps you must remove the carbs. Fill them with fuel and give (fast) full throttle. Now, the same quantity fuel must spread out of every carb.
To synchronsize the carbs. a digital tacho is useful. I synchronisized them with synchr. clocks.
When the carbs work synchron the rpm rises up.
Then the air/fuel mixture must be checked. The easiest way are the colortune sparks (quite expensive). But when it works correct the rpm must rise up.
Greetings Oliver
: Oliver,
: Thanks for your answer, I really don't know what else to check.
: The fuel pump is electric and it was installed at the same time as the webers, all brand new.
: I tryed to sincronize the carbs using a meter but it is very hard to place it in all of the carbs so I used a tube to listen, in that way carbs look sincronized.
: I don't know how to test the acceleration pumps but i guess they are not working fine.
: What distributor are you using with your webers?, could it be the problem? I still have the stock distributor.
: Best regards
