320i Stroker Engine or a stock E30 M3 Engine?more (archive)

I am seriously looking to build a performance E21...I got a price quote from a tuner and they quoted me about $5k for a stroked 320i engine with twin webbers and ignition system exhaust etc...for the same price i can get a used e30 M3 engine with all the components to run it...
what do you guys think would be the best way to go???
