318i Conv't suspention problem - HELP! (archive)

When this 1990-318i conv't is setting level, the rear wheels lean in at the top. So much, in fact that the tires are wearing on the inside only. I've cheched for worn bushings on trailing arms & torsion bar. I've replaced shochs & upper shock housings. I even popped in two per side metal spring helpers just to see if the springs had lost some of there temper and were sagging. Wheel bearings are good with no play. AT THIS POINT, I DON'T HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHAT TO CHECK NEXT! ANY SUGGESTIONS??????--Ed--
