I agree whole heartedly with hte above.

If you really want louder, and you do not make short trips (drive over 15-20 minutes in most cases, you can pick up an Ansa sport for about 80-85 bucks.

: I'd recommend you buy a stock BMW muffler. Mine is the third since 1981, so an average of 6+ years per muffler. This is better performance than the mufflers on any other car I have owned. Try ordering from Maximillian Inporting - much cheaper than the authorized dealer.
