For the sway bar, just look under the rear axle. See if there is a bar that goes across the rear subframe, then reaches back on both ends and is connected to the trailing arms. The principle is to cause the two rear wheels to move up and down together, or resist leaning (where one wheel moves up and the other down).

For the limited slip, jack up the rear and turn one rear wheel. If the other turns the same direction, you have limited slip. If it turns the opposite direction, you have an open differential.
