The 320i muffler is not the same (been there done that, modifing one in the next few weeks.)

You really only have a few options.

Bosal (almost as much as factory, poor quality)
Factory (About 125 each, get in good with a dealer very good quality)
Daytona/Faza (fairly inexpensive, quality?)
Supersprint (900.00 or so, good quality)
Tuner Alpina/Hatge (Quality great, price 1500-2000)
