The bolt circle is indeed 4x100 mm. The offset on the front should be in the neighborhood of 13mm, give/take a couple of mm's. I've read that the rears don't matter too much, but I would use 13-22mm offset on the rears if I were in the market for new wheels. More info on offset as well as wheel styles can be found on the Korman website.
