Clutch Problems please advise (archive)

My 80 320i clutch travels almost to the floor before it disengages and then hardly seem like it wants to come up when I let off. It moves up slowly by itself.
Sometimes I have to double clutch to get it in first.

Is this master or Slave cylinder problems.
